Jessica Mendez is an experienced manager with over a decade of leadership in case management and customer service. Currently serving as the Manager of Case Management within the Service Delivery Directorate at Eastleigh Borough Council since November 2017, Jessica has established and led a multi-skilled team of over 45 officers, focusing on operational efficiency and compliance with key performance measures. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Customer Service Manager at Eastleigh Borough Council from November 2009 to June 2017 and held a similar position at the Royal Bank of Scotland for over two decades, from 1988 to 2009. Jessica's educational background includes attendance at Torquay Grammar School for Girls from 1981 to 1988.
