Carlton Calver

Carlton Calver has extensive experience in the field of education and compliance, currently serving as a Work-based Learning Compliance professional at Southampton Engineering Training Association Ltd since November 2021. Prior to this role, Carlton held various positions at Eastleigh College, including Manager, Head of Quality and Compliance, and Compliance Co-ordinator, and contributed as the Head of Apprenticeships at Eastleigh College Training Agency from November 2005 to September 2011, where responsibilities included the development of internal apprenticeship provision and liaison with the SFA. Carlton earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Education from the University of Chichester between 1999 and 2003.
