Victoria Marcil

Victoria Marcil is an experienced leader in the telecommunications and sales sectors, currently serving as Director of National Major Accounts at Eastlink since November 2020, after progressing from the role of National Senior Manager - Major Accounts. Prior to Eastlink, Victoria spent 17 years at Arrow Electronics in various managerial positions, including Regional Sales Manager for Arrow Digital, where responsibilities included executing an omnichannel sales strategy and developing digital solutions. Earlier in Victoria's career, significant contributions were made at CIBC, where achievements included opening the flagship President's Choice Financial Customer Contact Centre and attaining best-in-class results for customer satisfaction. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Human Biology from the University of Toronto's Trinity College, obtained in 1990.
