Brad Duckworth

Brad Duckworth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Eastman, spanning from January 2003 to the present. Currently serving as an Operational Excellence Leader and previously holding roles such as Operations Transformation Leader and Director of Scaleup and Process Innovation, Brad has played a pivotal role in supporting Eastman's Product/Process Technology organization through facilities support, engineering solutions, technology piloting, and financial processes management. As the Chemicals Technology Group Leader, Brad leads a team focused on process improvement and product development to achieve growth targets. Earlier, as Business Manager for Eastman's "Specialty Film and Sheet" business, responsibility included meeting revenue and earnings targets while enhancing market share through new product development. Prior experience at Eastman included leading application development and technical service groups from January 2003 to August 2007. Brad holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, earned between 1987 and 1992.
