Cathleen Redman

Cathleen Redman is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional with a robust background in managing operations and materials across various industries. Currently serving as Rail Asset and Forecast Manager at Eastman since July 2019, Cathleen oversees the North American railcar fleet and collaborates with Supply Planning to align production forecasts with railcar requirements. Previously, Cathleen held positions including Production Control Manager at Ball Corporation, where shipping and inventory management led to a significant reduction in finished goods inventory, and Materials Manager at Robroy Industries, focusing on materials procurement and logistics. Additional roles include Supply Chain Manager at Wyman Gordon, responsible for high-value material purchases, and Materials Manager at Norris Cylinder Company, where Cathleen contributed to a major ERP system transition.
