With a commitment to operational excellence, Craig has demonstrated skills in supervising Customs Broker staff, maintaining compliance manuals, and facilitating trade processes across multiple organizations since beginning a career in this sector. Craig holds a Baccalaureate of Arts in History from Notre Dame College and an Associate of Arts in Sound Recording Technology from Nassau Community College.
