Eric Zhang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in market development and strategy across various industries. Since joining Eastman in 2012, Eric has excelled in roles ranging from Global Market Development Manager for the Packaging Segment to previous positions focusing on emerging segments and inks/wood coatings in the Asia Pacific region. Eric's expertise includes leading cross-functional teams, managing significant P&L responsibilities, and developing market strategies for diverse sectors. Prior to Eastman, Eric held management positions at Elken Silicones, Dow Corning, and 3M, where responsibilities encompassed market strategy development, global key account management, and project leadership. Eric holds an MBA from both Fudan University and BI Norwegian Business School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Shanghai University.
