Joann Rupp

JoAnn Rupp serves as the COE Research Manager for Strategy, Insights, and Analytics at Eastman since July 2021, leading market intelligence initiatives and developing competitive intelligence tools such as Power BI dashboards. Prior to Eastman, JoAnn held the position of Senior Research & Insights Consulting at Equinom Ltd, focusing on sustainable plant-based food solutions. JoAnn's experience includes roles such as Global Market Insights Manager at Corbion, where oversight of global research and consumer insights took place, and Market Insights Manager for North America at Ingredion Incorporated. JoAnn's career began at Danisco (now Dupont) as a Marketing Research & Communications Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, and an Associate's in Applied Sciences in Mass Communications from Maple Woods Community College.
