Justin Davenport

Justin Davenport, E.I.T., serves as a Mechanical Integrity Engineer at Eastman since January 2023, following a role as a Reliability Engineer at International Paper from June 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes an Operational Excellence Mechanical Engineering Co-Op at Trane Technologies from May 2019 to May 2020 and a Mechanical/Structural Engineer Co-Op at Komatsu America Corp. in late 2018. At Komatsu, Justin applied structural weld calculations on loader frames and developed an Excel program for finite element analysis checking. Earlier experience includes working as an A-Class Welder/Fabricator at Baker Tank Company/Altech from June 2013 to August 2018, where Justin built and welded tanks and pressure vessels to meet tolerance and x-ray requirements. Justin holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate's of Applied Science in Automotive Engineering Technology from Tyler Junior College.
