Laura Durbin

Laura Durbin is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Labor & Employment Counsel at Eastman Chemical Co. since March 2023, overseeing labor and employment matters for approximately 10,000 team members across 21 sites in North America and Latin America. Previously, Laura led the NAR labor/employment group at Eastman, supporting 10,500 employees, and has held various senior legal roles within the company since May 2015. Laura's extensive experience includes co-owning golf AMPLIFIED, serving as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Care Centers Management Consulting, Inc., and holding partner and associate positions at Hunter, Smith & Davis. Laura earned a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
