Lois Williams

Lois Williams is a highly experienced professional in talent acquisition and personnel management, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Team Lead at Eastman since January 2022. Williams also holds the position of Tennessee Notary Public for the State of Tennessee since November 2024. Prior to these roles, extensive experience was gained at Walmart over a span of 21 years, where multiple positions were held, including Optician, People Lead, and Personnel Coordinator. Additionally, Williams contributed to talent acquisition efforts at Luttrell Staffing Group/Eastman for a brief period in 2021. Currently pursuing education at Bellevue University since 2020, Williams combines practical experience with ongoing professional development.
