Michael James

Michael James has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Michael is currently the President and Co-Founder of Risk Space, where they focus on transforming data into clear vision and planning. Michael is also an analyst and researcher in detailed hazard assessment, partnering with industries such as nuclear, chemical, petrochemical, and oil & gas to minimize personnel exposure and risk.

Before Risk Space, Michael worked at Eastman Chemical Company as a Principal Chemical Engineer, specializing in process safety engineering. Michael chaired the Consequence Modeling Center of Excellence and developed corporate standards in detailed modeling. Michael'sresponsibilities also included analyzing the consequences of losses of primary containment of dynamic, reactive systems.

Prior to that, Michael worked at SAFER Systems as an Inside Sales and Business Development professional from 2006 to 2012. Michael started their career at Amgen as a Training Specialist in 2002.

Overall, Michael James has a strong background in data analysis, hazard assessment, and process safety engineering, with experience in both technical roles and business development.

From 1995 to 1999, Michael James attended Case Western Reserve University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
