Sen Li is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business management within the care solutions sector at Eastman since August 2008. As a Senior Associate Business/Technology Manager, responsibilities include overseeing technology and business initiatives in personal, home, animal, and crop care. Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Sen Li focuses on process improvement and operational excellence. Previous roles include Technology Manager and Global Analytical Group Leader, with a foundation in research as a Senior Research Chemist and Advanced Chemist at Purdue University from August 2003 to July 2008.
