Katie Quillen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Eastman Credit Union since April 2004, Katie oversees the recruiting, hiring processes, and organizational development initiatives. Previously, Katie held the position of Human Resources Manager at Cantech Industries from April 2000 to April 2004, where management of the HR department was a key responsibility. Earlier in their career, Katie worked as a Senior Staffing Manager at Snelling Staffing Services from February 1997 to April 2000, focusing on recruitment activities. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University, completed between 1992 and 1995.
