Nick Mitchell has extensive experience in customer service and management within the banking industry, currently serving as a Manager at Eastman Credit Union since November 2015, where prior roles included Assistant Branch Manager and Member Service Representative. Before joining Eastman Credit Union, Nick was a Banker at Capital Bank, responsible for customer service and sales activities while adhering to compliance and security protocols. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Tusculum University, focusing on student recruitment and enrollment. Nick began a career in public service as an intern for the Bill Haslam gubernatorial campaign, gaining experience in campaign operations and community engagement. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from East Tennessee State University.
