Rajesh L. has worked in various roles throughout their career. Rajesh began in 2001 as a Software Engineer at Cherrytec Intelisolve Limited, where they led projects and handled data migration. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Sr. Systems Analyst at Indo-Jordan Chemicals Co Ltd., overseeing the IT department's functions and handling business planning exercises. In 2010, Rajesh joined Karthika Infoserve Pvt Limited as a Principal Consultant, leading client projects and ensuring their successful completion. From 2012 to 2020, they served as the Head of IT at Sicagen India Limited, developing IT strategies, managing projects and vendors, and implementing Oracle EBS R12. Currently, Rajesh holds the position of Executive Vice President - IT at Eastman Exports Global Clothing Pvt Ltd., where they are responsible for IT infrastructure building, software product development, and executing various projects.

Rajesh L. pursued their Bachelor of Applied Physics degree from Bharathidasan University from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they continued their education at the same university and completed a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Applications from 1996 to 1999.
