Vaithyanathan Jaganathan has a diverse work experience in the clothing and fashion industry. vaithyanathan started their career as a CAD executive at Magnum Clothing Pvt Ltd in 2001 and worked there until 2006. vaithyanathan then joined Roverco as a CAD Manager from 2006 to 2008. After that, they worked at IIGM as an Application Engineer for Chennai & A.P - GERBER from 2008 to 2017. In 2017, they moved to Srinevasa Fashions as a Technical Manager and worked there until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Eastman Exports Global Clothing Pvt Ltd as a Technical Manager.

Vaithyanathan Jaganathan obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Madurai Kamaraj University. vaithyanathan completed this program from 2003 to 2004.
