Jonathan Erredge is a seasoned composite engineer with extensive experience in high-performance sports equipment design and production. Since September 2019, Jonathan has held the position of Senior Composite Engineer at Easton Diamond Sports, LLC. Previously, Jonathan served as Principal Design Engineer at TRUE Sports, where responsibilities included supervising a ten-engineer team and facilitating the transfer of new composite technologies in an expat role in Guangzhou, China. Jonathan's earlier roles at TRUE Sports encompassed conceptualizing and designing composite materials for various sports, and an engineering internship at the Composite Materials Technology Center involved mechanical testing and thermal analysis of composite samples. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Composite Material Engineering from Winona State University, completed in 2011.
