Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in collaborative solutions development, particularly in educational technology. At SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has contributed to the development of hardware and firmware for DViT interactive whiteboards and various educational devices. Prior experience includes electronics design for educational devices at Science Alberta Foundation and circuit design for control systems in the forestry industry at Grindcom. Chris also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary while completing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
