Roger Hoebers

Roger Hoebers has extensive work experience in the horticulture industry. Roger started their career at GroPlus in 2003 as a Technical Services Manager, where they worked until 2007. Roger then joined Zespri International as a Grower Liaison Manager from 2007 to 2012. After that, they worked at Eastpack as a Regional Grower Services/EKO Orchard Manager from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they joined Southern Cross Horticulture as a Growing Operations Manager from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Roger is Head of Technical at EastPack Limited and Prospa. Roger also briefly worked as a GSR at EastPack Limited from 2019 to 2020.

Roger Hoebers attended Massey University from 1986 to 1988, where they studied horticulture. Although the degree name is not provided, their field of study focused on orchard management and business studies.
