Crystal Hu is an accomplished merchandise manager with over a decade of experience in product development and merchandising within the sports industry. Currently serving as a Merchandise Manager and Indoor Game Senior Merchandiser - Team Leader at EastPoint Sports since July 2013, Crystal has successfully overseen product development plans, conducted cost analyses, and resolved production issues. Prior experience includes a role as a Merchandiser at Bravo Sports, where Crystal ensured timely shipments and contributed to a 5% profit growth per season, and at Horizon Group USA, managing a significant annual project with consistent sales growth and maintaining supplier relationships. Crystal holds a B.S. in Applied Psychology from East China Normal University and an Associate degree in English and International Business from Xi'an International Studies University.
