Bill McClelland

Bill McClelland is the Director at Eastridge Workforce Solutions. Bill has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, and was previously the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Qualcomm. Bill has been credited with increasing employee morale and confidence in the company strategy, as well as increasing the hiring of women and underrepresented minorities. Bill also helped Qualcomm evolve their culture to be more product-focused and engaging to a younger workforce.

Bill McClelland received a BS in mechanical engineering from Boston University. Bill is certified by WorldatWork in the World at Work Executive Compensation Immersion Program (ECIP) and by World 50, Inc. in the World 50 Next Leader program. Bill is also certified by Personnel Decisions Intl as a 360 Coaching Facilitator and by SHRM as a PHR.
