Christina Katz

Christina (Grocott) Katz has a diverse work experience in various roles. Christina started their career as an Operations Intern at Serengetee LLC in 2014. In 2011, they worked as an Activities Director and later as an Assistant Director at Peninsula Bridge. Christina joined Eastridge Workforce Solutions in 2015 and held positions such as Junior Corporate Recruiter, Account Manager, and Recruiter in the Human Resources Division. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Branch Manager in the Human Resources Division, overseeing a team of HR recruiters and specializing in placing HR professionals. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as the Professional Services Recruiting Manager in San Diego. Most recently, they held the role of Director of Professional Recruitment in San Diego from 2021 to 2023 and is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Professional Recruitment.

Christina (Grocott) Katz obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from San Diego State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also participated in a Semester at Sea program at the University of Virginia, focusing on International/Global Studies.
