Maxwell Starkin is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in sales management and business development. Currently serving as Sales Solutions Manager and Inside Sales Team Lead at Eastridge Workforce Solutions since December 2021, Maxwell has demonstrated a commitment to fostering client success through innovative sales strategies. Prior to this role, Maxwell gained valuable experience as Outreach Specialist at Trinity Solar and as Sales Manager at Fords Hometown Services, where significant achievements included holding the single season sales record and leading successful sales campaigns.
