Sarah Shabnam Kalaei has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Sarah Shabnam served as the Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance (Corporate and Commercial Transactions) at Eastridge Workforce Solutions from August 2014 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at Carl Zeiss Vision as a Contract Manager & Compliance Officer from November 2009 to July 2014.

Sarah Shabnam Kalaei earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Pre-Med concentration from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005. Sarah Shabnam then attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law from 2006 to 2009, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor degree.
