Bill Smith

Bill Smith has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving at New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) since March 2010. In the roles of Chief Marketing and Retail Officer and former Chief Strategy Officer, Bill oversees retail delivery and marketing, providing strategic direction and leadership while developing and executing strategies for economic sustainability. Prior to NEFCU, Bill served as VP of Operations at NorthCountry FCU from June 1997 to March 2010. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Vermont and has completed educational programs at the College for Financial Planning.
