Elizabeth Morton

Elizabeth Morton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management, human capital, and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at EastRise Credit Union and Chief Executive Officer at 1 Force Management, LLC, Elizabeth advises businesses on strategic direction and workforce solutions while driving economic survival through innovative financial options. As a founding member of Chief and a Leadership Committee Member for 50/50 Women on Boards, Elizabeth advocates for gender balance and diversity in corporate leadership. Prior roles include Vice President of Administration at Empire State Development and Chief Operating Officer at Whitehall & Company LLC, where Elizabeth managed significant operational functions and growth strategies. Elizabeth holds a BA in American Studies from Wheaton College and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and IESE Business School.
