Adam M. Erickson is a seasoned recruiting leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Aurora Solar, Adam leads global recruiting efforts encompassing technical and non-technical roles. Adam also contributes as a Board Member for Eastside FC and an Advisory Board Member for Taltrics. As the founder of Adam M. Erickson Consulting, LLC, Adam offers expertise in recruitment strategy and execution. Previous roles include leading talent acquisition at DoorDash, Upstart, and Facebook, among others, where Adam built and scaled recruiting organizations. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washington State University.
