Hugh Stewart is an experienced entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate and technology. Since June 2004, Hugh has served as the Owner of Eastside Funding, LLC, specializing in providing on-the-spot financing for distressed residential, commercial, and land acquisitions at foreclosure auctions and short sales. In addition, Hugh has been the Owner of Vestus, LLC since December 2002, where a proprietary software program is offered to facilitate informed real estate investments, particularly in auction transactions. Hugh also led Sandjay, LLC, a prominent real estate investment and development company in the Puget Sound area from December 2001 to December 2010, focusing on acquiring and developing corporate and residential properties. Earlier in their career, from March 1993 to June 2001, Hugh owned Hard Drives Northwest, a leading computer manufacturing business in the Northwest. Hugh completed education at Bellevue College from 1989 to 1991.
