Eastside Funding has closed over one billion dollars worth of loans in the past 12 years, becoming an industry leader in foreclosed property investment for one simple reason: we make borrowing simple, with no qualifying, appraisals, or inspections. With as little as zero down, we take over at auction to make the property investment process as straightforward was possible. Our representatives pride themselves in leading the lending industry in the Pacific Northwest. They handle each transaction with outstanding professionalism and customer service, which is part of the reason that our clients trust us as their go-to experts. Currently, we have representatives working in Washington State. We have closed over 5,000 loans in the last 12 years and are confident that we can assist you in acquiring the investment property that you have been dreaming of. Whether you are looking for a loan on a raw piece of land, or have your eyes on a residential or commercial property, we work with amounts ranging from $25,000 to $2.5 million and are here to make it happen.
