Ngoc Nguyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and program management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Eastside Legal Assistance Program since May 2019, Ngoc plays a key role in strategic planning and organizational decision-making. Previous experience includes positions such as Operations Director and Operations Manager at Performing Arts Center Eastside, where Ngoc developed operational plans and budgets, and Program Manager at Businesses Ending Slavery and Trafficking, successfully managing national program expansions. Ngoc's career also includes significant contributions at Johnson & Johnson, Free Wheelchair Mission, and earlier roles, demonstrating expertise in project management, volunteer recruitment, and operational efficiency. Ngoc holds a Bachelor's degree from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California.

Eastside Legal Assistance Program
Everyone should have access to legal help. We are a nonprofit dedicated to working with people facing domestic violence, housing, financial, healthcare, immigration and other issues that need a legal solution. We also educate communities about their legal rights. We work for free to solve legal issues and provide resources for our community members because not everyone can afford a lawyer. ELAP provides free civil legal services in communities throughout King County. We work with individuals and families in our region who can’t afford a lawyer, including domestic violence survivors, veterans, seniors, immigrants and people just like you.
