Bernice Rook is currently a Trustee (elect) at Board Racial Diversity UK, which aims to increase racial diversity on boards by supporting the recruitment and retention of Black and Asian Trustees. Bernice serves as Deputy CEO of Eastside People, a social enterprise focused on enhancing the capacity and impact of the not-for-profit sector through consultancy and recruitment services. In addition, Bernice is a Director at Eastside Primetimers Foundation and previously held the position of Trustee and Chair of the HR/People subcommittee at WPF Therapy. Bernice has also worked as a Resourcing Manager at Randstad. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from Sheffield University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University.
