Fiona also contributes as a Consultant for both Fair Collective and Eastside People, focusing on enhancing the capacity and impact of not-for-profits. Previous roles include Health Improvement Lead at Suffolk County Council, Chief Executive Officer at Solace Women's Aid, and Strategic Lead for Violence Against Women and Girls at Haringey Council. Fiona's extensive educational background includes an Executive MBA from Cranfield University and degrees in Public International Law, Human Rights Law, International Development, and Gender Analysis.
