Jenny King, an FCIPD HR Consultant, has extensive experience in human resources and management, primarily within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Iroko Consulting since June 2018, Jenny promotes employee engagement and innovative change management. Additionally, Jenny is involved with Wildwood Coaching Limited as an Outplacement & Careers Coach, providing tailored services for career transitions. As a Consultant with Eastside People and a former Board Trustee at Citizens Advice Westminster, Jenny contributes to impactful social enterprises. Previous roles include interim Head of HR at Refugee Council, HR Consultant for Save the Children UK’s workplace culture review, and Director of People and Organisational Development at CIPFA, where a focus on culture change and employee engagement was paramount. Jenny holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of West London and a BA Hons in Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University.
