Katie Roberts is an experienced leader in organisational strategy and talent management, currently serving as the Interim Head of People at Resurgo since July 2024. At Eastside People, Katie works as an organisational strategy, design, and leadership consultant, focusing on capacity building for not-for-profits. Katie's prior experience includes strategic roles at Christian Aid from 2014 to 2022, where responsibilities encompassed leadership development and project delivery as Head of Strategy and Development, and managing significant initiatives as Transition Lead in Policy, Public Affairs, and Campaigns. Earlier roles at Trees for Cities involved directing projects and managing community engagement efforts, while initial experience at Hart District Council focused on administrative and environmental health support. Katie holds an MSc in Applied Development Studies from the University of Reading and a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Southampton.
