Mike Taylor is an experienced leader and consultant with a strong background in operations, governance, and capacity building for not-for-profit organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Eastside People since January 2021, Mike focuses on enhancing organizational impact through effective systems and shared learning. In addition to consultancy roles at Blackbird Consulting and Eastside People, notable past positions include Chief Operating Officer at The Royal Photographic Society and Head of Operations and Fundraising at the Meningitis Research Foundation. Mike co-founded Interaction Learning and Development, fostering successful management training initiatives. Educationally, Mike holds multiple qualifications in Charity Accounting and Financial Management, complemented by a BSc in Applied Zoology from Bangor University.

We are proud to contribute to the ecology of social sector infrastructure being a corporate partner to ACEVO, a member of Social Enterprise UK, a capacity building provider for various Foundations such as Power to Change and Lloyds Bank Foundation, and certified as a Good Finance adviser.
