Niamh Goggin is a seasoned professional in social investment and charity finance, currently serving as the Director at Small Change (NI) Ltd since September 2005, specializing in consultancy for local economic development and social enterprises. Niamh is also a consultant for Eastside People and has held various notable roles, including Trustee at RBS Social and Community Capital and Research Associate at IVAR. With a strong background in supporting community organizations, Niamh has contributed to numerous projects aimed at enhancing financial resilience and capacity within the voluntary, charity, and social enterprise sectors. Niamh holds an MBA from The Open University and a B.Sc. in Economics and Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast.
