Sharon Brooks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in creative media, social enterprise, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Eastside People and The Ubele Initiative, Sharon is also a Member of the Board of Trustees at Mosaic Clubhouse. Sharon’s commitment to equity in the music industry is evident through participation in the Equity & Justice Advisory Group at the British Phonographic Industry. Additionally, Sharon has held significant roles such as Non-Executive Director at BMP, Chairperson at Black Thrive, and Project Manager at MAWA Film & Media Ltd. Early career positions include roles at the BBC World Service Trust and Single Minded Promotions. Sharon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Sciences from UCL and a Post Graduate Diploma in Publishing Studies from the University of the Arts London.
