Sharon Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sharon is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Eastspring Investments since March 2022.
Prior to this, Sharon held various positions at Rocktree from 2019 to 2022. Sharon'sroles at Rocktree included Chief of Staff from April 2020 to January 2022, Head of People & Brand from November 2019 to April 2020, and Human Resources Director from January 2019 to November 2019.
From 2012 to 2018, Sharon worked at South East Water, where they served as General Manager - Customer from January 2017 to January 2018, and General Manager - People and Safety from January 2012 to December 2016.
Before that, Sharon held the position of General Manager - Human Resources at Crown Resorts from February 2008 to December 2011. Sharon was responsible for various human resources functions, including people development, talent acquisition, remuneration, and diversity programs.
Sharon also worked at National Australia Bank as a People & Organisational Development Partner from November 2006 to January 2008, where they focused on leadership development, succession planning, and recruitment for the Bank's Technology Business.
Prior to these roles, Sharon had experience as an Organisational Development Manager (Contract) at North Central Catchment Management Authority from June 2005 to August 2006, and as a Regional HR Manager at Arup from June 2002 to November 2005. At Arup, they led the Human Resource function for Arup Australasia and was a member of the Global HR Network.
Earlier in their career, Sharon worked at DDI | Development Dimensions International as a Learning & Development Manager/Client Account Manager from February 1997 to February 2001. Sharon was responsible for client service and business development and delivered training solutions across Australia and Asia.
Prior to that, Sharon held positions at Bakers Delight as a Training and Marketing Consultant from September 1996 to February 1997, and at Collins Foods Limited as a Training Consultant and later as the General Manager & Licensee of Sizzler Innaloo from 1990 to 1995. At Collins Foods, they provided field expertise in restaurant operations and managed one of Australia's largest and most profitable Sizzler restaurants.
Throughout their career, Sharon has gained extensive experience in human resources, leadership development, recruitment, and training across various industries.
Sharon Robinson obtained their Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Marketing from Curtin University between 1986 and 1990. In 2016, they completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors' Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
