Joe Carbone is the Founder and CEO of Eastward Partners Inc., a firm established in October 2015 specializing in retained executive search for Private Equity and Professional Services firms. Carbone has been featured in prominent publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Business Insider. As a Business Council Member of Forbes Business Council since May 2022 and a Council Member at GLG since January 2017, Carbone actively contributes to industry discussions. Previously, Carbone held roles as Director of Management Consulting & Technology Advisory at PageGroup and as a Financial Services Professional at Wealth Advisory Group LLC. With a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Manhattan University, Carbone's education also includes time at Quinnipiac University and Bishop Hendricken High School.
