Lesley A. Brose

Lesley Brose is an experienced professional in healthcare management and sports program administration, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Care Management and Compliance at Eastway Behavioral Healthcare since August 2011. In this role, Lesley oversees the Care Management Team, coordinates departmental activities, ensures compliance with licensure and accreditation requirements, and annually presents the agency's strategic plan to the Board of Directors. Previously, Lesley held the position of Director for the Alter High School Feeder Volleyball Program, managing all logistical aspects and volunteer coordination. Additionally, Lesley has a successful background in direct sales with Pampered Chef and has held various managerial positions at Eastway Behavioral Healthcare. Lesley holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dayton, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the State University of New York Cortland, and a Health Care Administration/Management certificate from Wright State University.
