Tim Grieshop

Tim Grieshop is an experienced professional in the field of property management and affordable housing. Currently serving as the HUD Facilities Manager at Eastway Behavioral Healthcare since September 2016, Tim has previously held prominent roles such as Regional Director at National Church Residences from September 2013 to September 2016, and Executive Director of Asset Management at St. Mary Development Corporation from February 2011 to September 2013. Tim also managed a significant Hope VI project in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Senior Property Manager at The Community Builders, Inc. from March 2008 to February 2011, and worked as Regional Vice President for Vesta Corporation in affordable housing from October 2006 to March 2008. Tim's educational background includes studies at The University of Texas at Austin.
