Pat Golden

Pat Golden is a New Homes Sales Specialist at Eastwood Homes, having joined the team in March 2023. Previous experience includes a role as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Ryan Homes from July 2019 to March 2021, where Pat earned recognition in the Presidents Club as one of the top 50 sales and marketing representatives in the country. Pat was also a Sales and Marketing Specialist, focusing on customer relations and lead sales in the Pendleton neighborhood in Concord, NC. Prior experiences include participation in the Management Development Program at Clayton Homes, as well as various financial advisory roles at Merrill Lynch, Citi Smith Barney, and UBS. Pat holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Duquesne University and has completed several training programs, including Jeff Shore Training and Dale Carnegie Training.
