Tracie Buckley

Tracie Buckley has extensive work experience in property management and real estate. Tracie is currently working as a Property Operations Director at Eastwood Homes since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Property Manager at FirstKey Homes from February 2019 to November 2020.

From 2018 to 2019, Tracie served as a Community Manager at Independence Realty Trust Inc (IRT), where they oversaw a multi-family mid-rise property in Charlotte, North Carolina. During their tenure, they successfully increased rental prices by 11% while maintaining a 74% resident retention rate.

Tracie also held the position of Assistant Portfolio Operations Director/Broker-in-Charge at Progress Residential from November 2015 to March 2017. In addition, Tracie earned the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Designation from the National Apartment Association in 1998. Tracie also holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, but the year of attainment is not provided.
