Joshua Gayman

Joshua Gayman is an accomplished Fund Manager at Easy Button Capital, overseeing the firm's expansion into private equity and multi-family property acquisitions, as well as a nationwide single-family portfolio investment strategy. With a diverse background in real estate, Joshua has served as a Designated Broker for Easy Button Realty, an I-Buying Specialist, and a Real Estate Agent focusing on short sale mitigation since obtaining an Arizona real estate license in 2009. Prior experience includes a Sales Manager role at Berkshire Hathaway Automotive and an internship as an Escrow Assistant at First American Title during undergraduate studies. Joshua holds a Master of Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management, an Executive Management degree from MIT, an MBA from the University of Cumbria, and an educational foundation in Economics from Southern Oregon University.
