Jonathan Kelvin is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Customer Success Analyst and previously as an Account Executive at Easy Carros since January 2020. Prior roles include Executivo de Contas at ESTADÃO, and Consultant at Agência DDWB and ADT. Jonathan also held positions as a Consultant at Telefônica Brasil and as Supervisor and Account Manager at TIM Brasil.
