Jamie Osman: A respected figure known for talent scouting and artist development. Leveraged a reputation for long-term career building, led the business to scale, and oversaw its strategic acquisition by ATC Group in 2025.

Mark James: A creative power, bringing years of PR/marketing experience, artist relations, and brand-building to the company’s operations and cultural ethos.
