Shiloh Kelley

Shiloh Kelley has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2001 as a Customer Service Representative for Focus on the Family. In 2016, they returned to the same company as an Intake Specialist, managing projects, developing products and providing consultation. In 2019, Shiloh began working as a Freelance Writer/Technical Writer/Story Consultant, providing services to authors and graduate students. Shiloh also took on the role of Digital Print Shop Manager for the Colorado Springs School District 11. Currently, Shiloh is a Merchant Success Executive (Lead) for Easy Pay Direct, where they focus on simplifying the client experience in credit card processing and troubleshooting complications.

Shiloh Kelley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
