Jen Lexmond is the CEO at Easy Peasy. Jen has a background in product development, culture change, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Jen has worked with government departments, the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (The RSA), Nesta, and Demos.

Jen Lexmond has a degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Warwick. Jen is currently working as a first-year teacher at a local school.
