Renato Romani MD MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Professor of Exercise Physiology and Biology at the Universidade Santa Cecília. Renato then served as a Sports Medicine Physician at Clube A Hebraica de São Paulo from 2002 to 2004.

In 2005, Renato joined KATU, a medical informatics company in Brazil, as a Director and Co-founder. Renato remained in this role until October 2006. Simultaneously, they began working at Fleury in November 2006 as a Health Promotion Program Manager, focusing on developing work site wellness products for corporate clients. Renato'sresponsibilities included collaborating with health professionals, IT, and marketing teams, as well as advising large accounts on cost reduction through tailor-made wellness programs. Renato left Fleury in May 2008.

Renato then took on a unique challenge and became the Director and Co-founder of C2B Sports, a professional soccer team program in São Paulo, Brazil. This program included a social program, a first league soccer team, and a training camp hotel. Renato successfully obtained funding for the project and managed the company from August 2008 to June 2010.

Following this, Renato joined UNIFESP as an Assistant Professor and Researcher at the Center of Studies of Physical Activity and Sports Medicine from January 2005 to May 2010. In this role, they focused on their academic and research work.

During a stay-home-dad period in their life, from November 2012 to July 2015, Renato completed an MBA and worked on the WOA Project. Renato was the Founder and Chief Business Developer Officer of the project, which aimed to develop a new approach to weight management in the corporate wellness market. This involved coordinating a team in the US and another team in Brazil.

Finally, in October 2015, Renato founded EW2Health B.V. (Easy Way to Health) and took on the role of Founder & CEO. The company aimed to address the challenges of acquiring people's health parameters and making this information useful to drive behavior change, particularly in the areas of healthcare providers, health insurances, fitness industry, and government. Renato'ssolution focused on weight management and inspired more people to frequently monitor their weight and health.

Renato then pursued their passion for medicine and graduated from Lusíadas University, Faculty of Medical Science of Santos, with a degree in medicine from 1992 to 1999. Continuing their medical education, Renato Romani completed a specialization in Sports Medicine (human physiology) at São Paulo State University in 2001. In 2004, they pursued post-graduate studies in Medical Informatics at São Paulo Federal University from 2004 to 2006.

Renato completed an MBA at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2011 to 2013, specializing in business administration.
